Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns are only valid for defective or faulty products. Returns for “Change of Mind” are not accepted. However, if we agree to process a refund for “Change of Mind,” a 10% deduction will be applied to the product price.

Timeline:
You must request a return or claim within 2 days of receiving the product.

No Return or Exchange on Discounted/Sale Items:
Products purchased on discount or during a sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Procedure for Returns:
Send the product back to our address through any courier service (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS). Once we receive the product, our Customer Service team will contact you for your bank account or Easypaisa details. For our address details, message us on Instagram at @shoesline.store.

Invalid Scenarios for Returns:
“Change of Mood” or incorrect sizing due to customer error (e.g., ordering Euro 42 size but it doesn’t fit). Please refer to the Size Chart and Size Guide provided with every product listing before placing your order. In such cases, you can request a size exchange by following our exchange policy.


Exchange Policy

Sizing Information:
All sizes are provided in EURO. Please refer to the Size Chart attached to each product’s details before placing your order.

Processing Time:
Exchanges will be processed within 7 days.

Charges for Size Exchange:
Delivery charges of Rs.300/- will apply for size exchanges. The customer will bear the delivery charges for sending the product back to us.

Defective Product Exchange:
If the product is defective, no additional charges will apply. You can opt for a refund or exchange.

Exchange Procedure:
Send the product back to our address through any courier service (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS). After receiving the product, we will dispatch your required size. For address details, drop a message on our Instagram at @shoesline.store.


Refund Policy

Timeline:
Refunds are applicable only within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Approval Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

No Refunds for Used Items:
Refunds or exchanges are not accepted for used items.
